What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We offer fully contactless self-check-in using your personalized keypad entry code, which will be sent to your email 24 hours prior to arrival. Early check-ins may be requested and are subject to availability.
Do you allow dogs? (Our Pet Policy)
Absolutely! We love dogs and believe they deserve a woodland getaway too. We allow up to two well-behaved dogs per cabin for a flat pet fee of $50 per stay. We kindly ask that you keep your pets leashed while roaming the common forest areas and clean up after them.
What are the coffee shop hours and offerings?
Our central Hub Coffee Shop is open daily from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We proudly serve organic wood-fired espresso, a rotating list of locally baked wildberry pastries, and light breakfast options. Cozy up next to our indoor wood stove or enjoy your brew on the forest-facing deck.
Are there hiking trails directly accessible from the property?
Yes, right outside your doorstep! The Whispering Pines Trail loop starts just behind the Coffee Cabin (1.8 miles, beginner-friendly). For a more challenging hike with scenic mountain overlooks, you can access the Ridge Trail spur directly from our eastern boundary fence.
